Chairperson
Overseeing the whole ensemble activities
Doing up schedules
Chairing meetings

Vice-chairperson
Helping the chairperson closely

Secretary
Taking minutes
Drafting other documents such as telenetwork

Treasurer
Collecting the monthly funds of $2
Collecting other miscelleanous funds

Quarter Master
Take care of instruments, do regular stock taking

Assets Manager
Take care of other assets such as shirts, scores, miscelleanous

There are some posts that will not be available for voting, they will be chosen by the current comm, teachers, and Kevin.

You may submit multiple names, like you want to be everything then just submit your names for everything. Please submit your names to the respective people. Like if you wanna be chair, submit to me. If you wanna be vice chair, submit to Eddy. If you wanna be secretary submit to Roy. If you wanna be treasurer submit to Xinzi. If you want to be QM or Assets, submit to Oxy.


And then, get ready a 1-minute speech to win your voters over. If too many people are going for one post, we may have to select. Max is 5 people for voting per post.




So let me reiterate. If you wanna be in the guitar comm, this is what you have to do.
1. Submit your names to the respective people
2. Get ready your speech.



We will do the voting next Tuesday at 5 pm, 1I classroom, where we will be doing our concert debriefing after the voting and where there will be catered dinner. Celebration after celebration!
